Heating Instructions 

Place frozen product in a bowl and microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes. The bag may pop to release steam- that is ok. Carefully remove bowl from the microwave; transfer bag content into the bowl and insert a toothpick in the center part. If cold, heat for an additional 1-2 mins and remove from the microwave. Let it cool down and enjoy with your choice of stew.
