Heating Instructions

Place frozen product in a bowl and microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes. The bag may pop to release steam- that is ok. Carefully remove bowl from the microwave, then let it cool and enjoy! This pairs perfectly with our Jamaican style rice and peas.
